The Uplands is one of the West Bluff’s most desirable and best selling neighborhoods in Peoria. It’s also rumored to be the fastest home lot sale in Illinois history when first developed. It was so popular that the city included a trolley to transport people from The Uplands into downtown (see photo gallery below).
